Free delivery in Mauritius

All orders on Anokhi.mu are shipped free of charge via Mauritius Post. Kindly note that your local post office may ask you to collect the product from the post office instead of delivering at your doorstep. you may be asked to present a valid Identification document issued by the government to collect your item. We endeavour to take a maximum of 1-3 days for the product to reach you but it may take longer depending upon the service levels offered by Mauritius Post.

Delivery Process

1. Once the Customer places an online order, Anokhi.mu commits to ship the order within 1-3 business days.
2. Should the product be out of stock  Anokhi.mu will immediately inform the customer by email or telephone and a full refund will be granted should Anokhi.mu be in possession of the payment.
3. To ensure safe delivery, the Customer must properly fill the delivery address, the mobile number and any specific instructions in the fields provided online.
4. Anokhi.mu commits to ship the ordered and available items within 1-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should Anokhi.mu not be in a position to ship the Customer’s orders within the given time-frame due to some unexpected circumstances, Anokhi.mu shall contact the Customer & notify him that the delivery of his/her order is delayed.
5. The Customer must ensure and check that the product delivered is the right one at the time of collecting the order. A sales invoice indicating the amount paid by the Customer will be sent to the Customer's email address registered with us.
