Refund policy

We have a no return policy, which means that items once sold cannot be returned. In case the item you have received in not in good conditions or is different from the item you had ordered, the items is eligible for an exchange. Kindly refer to the exchange policy for the same.

Exchanges
In case you have received an item in defective condition, a different item than the one you ordered or item with some part missing, incorrect size than the one you ordered you can request for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at anokhimauritius@yahoo.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation of the same. After you receive our email that your exchange has been accepted, you need to send the item back to us via registered post at the address mentioned in the email. 

After we receive the original item and perform the quality check, we shall send you further instructions for exchange. In case we do not have the item for exchange in stock, you will be provided an option to shop an item for equal value or a higher value and difference amount has to be paid by you. In case, you do not wish to go for an exchange for an out of stock item, you can request for a refund.   

Although we strive our best to process your exchanges at the earliest, it may take up to 30 days under exceptional circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
